James Sanchez, President of C Group Hotels, paid homage to the author of this universal literary treasure by naming his dream (The Cervantes) after his work.

The Cervantes was born in a 500 years old Spanish colonial city, San Juan, during the 400 years celebration of the work of "the most famous dreamer", Don Quijote.

Cervantes inspiration goes throughout the property to its restaurant named "Panza" and its creative, International menu.
