restored sixteen-century
building, the restaurant is
warm and cozy despite its
high ceilings, polished
marble and stone and
metallic accents. Its subtle
tasty cuisine combines meat
and seafood with flavors:
lobster bisque with coconut;
fried calamari in salad of
frisée and banana with a
miso-orange vinaigrette; and
roasted boar chop with
white-bean chili in a
plantain basket"
 In Spring, of 2006,
Panza Restaurant
opened its doors in
a restored 16th
century building in
Old San Juan, Puerto
Rico.
